Upgrades made to the property during construction: The hardwood floors were upgraded to hard maple in all rooms except the basement. The basement was fully finished, including a living area, two bedrooms, a full bathroom, a laundry closet, and a storage space. Quartz countertops were installed in all bathrooms and the kitchen, except in the basement.

Additionally, the deck was extended to 10ft x 12ft, providing more outdoor space. One of the bedrooms was converted into a private ensuite with two sinks and a walk-through closet. For added convenience, additional recessed lighting was installed in the dining room, and an extra power outlet was added in the basement for a freezer.

The owners have also made several improvements! A privacy slat fence was installed to ensure more security and privacy. The outdoor area also features a built-in saltwater pool (20ft x 10ft), with a paved patio surrounding the pool. Pool equipment such as a pump, filter, heat pump, chlorine generator, and a portable sump pump were purchased for maintenance.

Other upgrades include a storage box on the pool deck and a 8ft x 10ft shed for additional organization. For added convenience, a Level 2 outlet was installed for electric vehicle charging, offering faster charging. The backyard and shed are equipped with sensor lights for enhanced security.

Inside the house, smart switches were installed throughout, and the ensuite bathroom was wired for mirror lighting. Zebra blinds were added to the living room, closet, and main bathroom. For better climate control, a Google Nest smart thermostat was installed, allowing remote control and energy savings.

Additionally, the property is equipped with three outdoor cameras with GFCI outlets, which provide protection against electrical shocks, especially in outdoor or damp areas. New light fixtures were installed in the kitchen peninsula, dining table area, and all bedrooms and bathrooms, including the basement.
