Information collected
Only what you enter in the forms or in the virtual assistant: name, email, phone, message and, for an evaluation request, the address and type of property.
Virtual assistant
The site's virtual assistant is powered by Claude, an artificial intelligence model made by Anthropic. The messages you type are sent to Anthropic, outside Quebec, only to generate the answers; the conversation stays in your browser for the length of your visit. If you ask to be contacted, your name, contact details and a summary of your request are sent to Vanessa, just like a form. The assistant's answers may contain errors: Vanessa always confirms the details. Please don't share any sensitive information.
Use
This information is used only to answer your request and follow up on your real estate project. It is never sold or rented. It may be kept in Vanessa's client management software (Follow Up Boss).
Tracking and cookies
Only with your consent, the Follow Up Boss tool may record the pages you view and display a chat window. You can change your mind at any time with the “Cookies and tracking” link at the bottom of each page. The site also measures its traffic anonymously (Vercel Web Analytics, no cookies).
Retention and security
Information is kept as long as needed to follow up on your request, on securely hosted services. Only Vanessa has access to it.
